A post-RN bachelor's degree, accelerated RN-to-Master's program and a Master's entry program in nursing designed for holders of non-nursing undergraduate degrees are available from the University of San Diego - Hahn School of Nursing and Health Science along with traditional undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs. A School Nurse Services Credential that authorizes RNs to serve as school nurses is offered along with traditional undergraduate programs and an MSN degree with specialties including community health nursing, advanced practice nursing of adults and the elderly, nurse midwife and OB/GYN nurse practitioner, and nursing systems administration through San Diego State University. Traditional BSN and MSN programs are available from Point Loma University School of Nursing and for those who want a faster path to a nursing career, a vocational nursing program is available Concorde Career College while vocational nursing and associate's degree programs are offered by San Diego City College.
